Cardio Twister

I've been using the cardio twister now for 6 months and I definately would recommend it to anyone. I use it 5 times a week and do the advanced workout 3 days a week and the basic workout only 2 days a week and can already see a huge improvement from using my cardio twister. It really targets my troubled areas which were my waist and my abs but I do recommend accompanying the workout with a proper diet as well. You have to stay committed to using it and you will definately see results. I found that using the cardio twister was a lot like riding a bike but your not sitting on a seat, cardio twister is a lot of fun and I find my workouts just fly by while i'm using it.
