Tower 200 - Body by Jake

The Tower 200 as advertised by Randy Couture on TV, is a resistance band training gym you can install on any door. It gives you 200 pounds of resistance and about 200 different workouts. I find this is a great piece of equipment for toning and getting ripped. If you are a beginner like me i think this is a great tool. I have been using it for 4 months now and have seen a dramatic difference since i bought my Tower200. Once your body reaches a certain point i can't see the Tower200 being as valuable. One problem i found was the price was a bit misleading since its advertised as 4 payments of $39.95 but ended up being $191.79 for myself.
